We have a new ANPR camera controlled car park in the Kelham Island/ Neepsend part of Sheffield which is now open on Manners Street, off Boyland Street, S3 8AS. It is a pay by phone car park via the Twin Pay App.

It is 4-5 minutes walk from Peddler Market, Cutlery Works or Steel Yard and all the other bars, pubs and eateries in the area.

It is next door to the brand new Club De Padel too, if you want a game.

The Monday to Friday rates are £2 for up to 2 hours, £3 for up to 4 hours, or £5 for 24 hours.

The Saturday and Sunday rates are £2 for 24 hours.

There is a monthly permit option now via the Twin Pay App, location code 095. This is £60 per month for 24/7 access which works out at less than £2 per day!

ABOUT US

We at Park & Donate are an ethical car park management company formed as Tulip Parking Limited in 2014. We are an enthusiastic, small local team based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We specialise in running permit-only private car parks in partnership with the Land or Lease owner and operating pay-and-display sites.
We like to try to keep our sites looking clean and tidy, with clear signage and regular patrols. We also prefer not to issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles. We encourage vehicle owners to park responsibly while raising money for local good causes.

We have set a target for at least 5% of our profits to go to local charities or community organisations. For Pay & Display sites, we will usually try to have one specific local charity/ organisation benefiting from each site.

Ethical Parking with Purpose

We donate 5% of our profits to local charities, making every parking experience contribute to the community.

Responsible Parking, Not Penalties

We encourage responsible parking and aim to avoid issuing fines, prioritising a positive experience for all drivers.

Local, Clean and Caring

Sheffield-based, we keep our car parks clean and tidy with regular patrols and offer personalised service from a local team.
